Shipping Costs:

uscanteen offers shipping using United States Postal Service. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by United States Postal Service at checkout.

In-stock items are processed directly through our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being received.

If First Class International shipping method is chosen the order will generally arrive within 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after dispatch from the warehouse. For purchases exceeding $400.00 dollars, First Class International shipping is not available.

You may also choose Priority Mail International for an additional cost. These orders will generally arrive within 6-10 business days, after dispatch from the warehouse.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and taxes. Please bear in mind that delays may occur due to customs and uscanteen is not responsible for these delays.

Exchanges & Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your unused purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Please note, we are unable to accept used or worn merchandise for return.

Please return your package using the shipping method of your choice. We suggest insuring your return for the total value of the products being returned. We are not responsible for items we do not receive. Shipping fees incurred in making a purchase or a return are not reimbursed. Please include your name, address, telephone number, order number, the item being returned and the quantity.

uscanteen is happy to replace a gift with another selection. Simply pack the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, the item being exchanged and the quantity. Sales Tax: State law requires that we collect sales tax on products shipped to states where we have stores and/or warehouses. On shipments sent to New York, sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process.

In New York, Sales taxes are calculated from the total sale plus shipping and handling charges.
